PQES Consulting Group, Inc. provides program management and owner representation on capitol jobs, facility consolidation projects, technology transfers, relocation projects and expansion or construction projects. Our program managers assure that all work is conducted under the controls of budget, schedule and resources.

As program manager or owner representative, we assess needs and prioritize activities based on cost, schedule, downtime, affected products and product streams, resources, inventory, sales projections, and operating constraints. We develop a coordinated response and action list, complete with time frames and identified persons, such as operations, maintenance, sales, safety, environmental or quality assurance persons. We then execute and coordinate these activities according to the controls needed to meet the project completion criteria.
We work with construction managers, engineering firms, suppliers and client staff to meet project expectations in terms of budget, schedule and resources.
